1. Overview

  • Our return and refund policy allows for returns within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • If 14 days have passed since your item was delivered, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or worn garments or accessories
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance items (all sales are final)
  • Surprise Singlets (all sales are final)

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

3. Refund Process

3.1. Refund Approval

  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected.
  • You will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

3.2. Approved Refunds

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

3.3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, please:

  • Check with your bank.
  • Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: If the return is due to personal preference or an order mistake (e.g., incorrect size ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Company Errors: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item), we will provide a prepaid return label.

7. Gifts

  • If the gift giver did not mark it as a gift, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser.
